The property is made up of 2 completely separate living spaces.  Coccinella Grande can accommodate up to 10 (4 double/ twin bedrooms +2 on temporary beds) making the property perfect for the larger family or 2 families holidaying together. Coccinella Piccola has 1 bedroom and can be booked separately for 2-4 or as an extension to Casale Grande to accommodate up to 14.  Both units feature covered portico eating areas

Casale Coccinella has been lovingly restored and rebuilt by sympathetic English owners who have been visiting the area for many years.  Beautiful setting just outside the Sibillini National Park close to Preci.
 
Quiet location but not remote.  An agreement with the award winning Il Collaccio agriturismo holiday centre, within easy walking distance, provides guests with seasonal access to 2 swimming pools, shop and excellent restaurant facilities.  Property is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, Sky Italia HD TV (including Sports) and internet service.

Hidden Umbria

The Valnerina and Sibillini areas are quieter and more mountainous than Tuscany and Western Umbria and never feel overcrowded even in July and August. The gastronomy, scenery and history of the area make it particularly suitable for early or late season holidays.

Local Support

The owners have excellent English speaking property managers based close to the Casale who will welcome visitors on arrival to provide keys and provide support in emergencies.  They can also help with advice on local amenities, reservations for activities, visits to vineyards etc
