Casale Coccinella is a large restored farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge and very well-equipped kitchen/diner. There is a great covered porch for eating outside and a garden gazebo for relaxing in the shade. Free internet and IPTV. Pellet stufa heating for the cooler months

Our guests enjoy free access to 2 swimming pools by arrangement with our friends at the nearby Il Collaccio Holiday Farm. The larger pool enjoys fantastic infinity views down the Valnerina and is only 5 minutes walk from the casale
Fantastic Walking and Cycling Opportunities
The Valnerina and Sibillini area is criss-crossed by hundreds of miles of walkable trails.
For the adventurous most of the area is opena-access and although signing is limited there are hundreds of walks supported by mapping that can be followed using .gpx trails on major walking apps such as Viewranger, Wikiloc, Komoot etc.
For the less ambitious and families there are shorter low level options, including 5 waymarked walks that can be followed directly from the casale without using a car
